Offer every lead in order. Sell it once.
Your best buyer gets first refusal, then the next, until one accepts. Paused buyers and buyers at their daily cap are skipped.

You put your buyers in order. Each new lead is offered to the first one. If they say no, it goes to the next, until one says yes. The buyers after that one never see it, so a lead is never sold twice. In the industry this is called a lead waterfall.
If you like, each buyer can first see the lead without the person's name or phone number and say yes or no. Only the buyer who says yes gets the contact details. This is called ping post.

Get started- Add your buyers
Each buyer gets an address, the format their spec asks for, and the fields to send.
- Say what a yes looks like
Accepted status codes plus checks on the reply, such as status is accepted. Paste a real reply to test it.
- Put them in order
Drag buyers into each branch of a routing setup. The first to accept wins the lead.
