The business
LGT, the Lead Gen Team, is a performance marketing company based in Phoenix, Arizona. It runs its own paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok and sells the leads they produce to consumer protection law firms across several verticals: solar contract cancellation, timeshare exit, debt relief, credit repair and legal. The team has more than ten years in performance marketing and has spent over $100 million on advertising.
The problem
Every vertical has its own buyers, and every buyer has its own states, its own daily limit and its own system for taking leads. Leads arrived from Facebook and Instagram instant forms, TikTok instant forms, LGT's own landing pages and partners, each in a different format. Buyers filled up at different times of day. And the ad platforms only ever heard about form fills, never about which leads a law firm actually bought, so their targeting was learning from the wrong thing.
Bringing every lead into one place
LGT connected its Meta and TikTok instant forms, moved its landing page forms onto EventsIQ forms, and gave partners an address to send leads to. Since 1 September 2026, 23,608 leads have come from Meta, 7,272 from EventsIQ forms, 1,374 from partner systems and 1,011 from TikTok. About seven in ten come from Meta, and every one of them arrives in the same format, whichever source it came from.
A separate setup for each vertical
Each vertical has its own routing setup, 16 in all, feeding 23 buyers. Inside each one, buyers are listed in the order LGT wants to sell to them, with a daily limit for each. A new lead is offered to the first buyer. If they are full or say no, it moves straight to the next. Because EventsIQ reads what each buyer's system actually answered, a lead that a buyer rejects in its reply is never counted as sold.
Speed
Speed matters in consumer legal leads: the person who filled in the form is most likely to answer the phone in the first few minutes. Half of LGT's sold leads reached the buyer that bought them within 3.3 seconds of arriving in EventsIQ.
Ad spend and sales side by side
LGT connected its ad accounts so spend is read automatically: $1.36 million so far across Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft Ads and NewsBreak. When a buyer accepts a lead, the sale is reported back to the ad platform that paid for it, so the platforms learn from real sales rather than form fills.
The results
Since its first lead on 1 September 2026, LGT has routed 33,269 leads through EventsIQ, and 27,751 of them sold: 83% of everything that came in. It runs 51 forms, 16 routing setups and 23 buyers from one account, and sees its spend and its sales in the same place.
“We sell 83% of our leads now, most of them within seconds, and Meta and TikTok finally see which leads actually sold instead of just who filled in a form.”
