Plans that grow with your leads

Every plan has the whole product. Plans differ in their limits: how many forms can be published, how many leads and clicks each billing period, and how many destinations, routings and team members you can have.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, by card. Your usage against each limit is on the Billing page at any time, and the lead and click limits start again each billing period.

Creating something past a limit, such as another destination, is stopped with a message saying which limit it is. Leads past the period's limit keep being delivered and are billed per lead received, at the price on your plan, up to as many again as your plan includes. After that, and on a free trial or with an unpaid invoice, they are saved but not sent until the next period or a bigger plan, and you get an alert. Clicks past their limit keep working.

Plans that offer a trial show it at checkout, once per product for each account. You add a card when you start, and the first charge is taken when the trial ends.

Yes, from Billing. A bigger plan starts straight away and you pay the difference. A smaller plan, or yearly to monthly, starts on your renewal date, and you keep your current plan until then. A cancelled plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, and is not charged again. There is no refund for the days left.
